We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS.

Every order will receive an email with the tracking number once the order is fulfilled. Please refer to this tracking number when checking on the location of your package. 

If an order is "returned to sender", the order will be refunded for all items purchased. Shipping will not be refunded for "returned to sender" orders. You will have to place another order with a correct mailing address to receive your items. 

If we do not receive an accurate mailing address with your order, we will send an email to acquire the correct address. If this email is not returned within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled. 

Domestic Shipping - Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 4-7 days. Priority shipping orders usually arrive in 2-3 days depending on your location. These are estimates and not guarantees.

International Shipping - International Standard shipping orders usually arrive in 4-6 weeks. 


Refund & Quality Policies

Squishies with a value of $10 or less are FINAL SALE. These products are not eligible for refund or exchange. These items are priced to reflect their quality, and refunds or exchanges will not be given for defects.

Refunds or exchanges for defects will only be considered if we are contacted within 48 hours of the package being delivered. When emailing, please provide order number and photos of the defected items. 


Fraud Policies 

If an order is flagged as FRAUD, the order will be cancelled and refunded. 

Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase from our site, or they must order with a parents permission. 

If we receive a notification from a parent in regards to their child purchasing squishies without a parent's approval, the minor is immediately added to a FRAUD detection list and will not be able to make any further orders from our site.
